Biography:

Trisha Rickey lives in Durango, Colorado. She is a community mental health counselor who specializes in nature based counseling, an adjunct professor at a local community college, poet, and author. Some of her favorite outdoor activities are wandering anywhere there are woods and mountains, downhill skiing, and trail running. The absolute best days, though, are the ones she spends hiking with her dogs: Oliver and Rylee.
